Job Description - Programme Assistant

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT

Exciting opportunity for a Programme Assistant at a leading Central London university. This role involves supporting on-site events and programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders from global corporations. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in projects or events and be available to work 5 days in the office. Join one of London’s top colleges and play a key role in delivering high-profile initiatives in a dynamic academic environment. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT ROLE:

Support delivery of on-site events and academic programmes
Liaise with senior stakeholders from global corporations
Assist with planning, logistics, and coordination of events
Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners
Provide administrative support across multiple projects

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

2 years of Projects or Events experience
