Programme Events Coordinator – Global Executive Education

Location: Central London | Type: Temporary (Until November) | Pay: £17–£19 per hour
Are you an organised, proactive events professional with experience in higher education? Love bringing people together, managing logistics, and making things happen behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Programme Events Coordinator to support a world-class executive education programme with a global reach.

What you’ll do:
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

• Coordinate programme logistics – from international travel to graduation events
• Support the delivery of global learning modules and student experiences
• Manage student records and digital learning platforms
• Help plan, source, and track branded gifts, materials, and event supplies
• Proofread and prepare student-facing communications and documents
• Support social media content creation and updates
• Provide excellent service to students, faculty, and stakeholders
• Tackle day-to-day admin tasks and special projects to keep the programme running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in higher education, ideally in an events or programme support role
• A strong track record in event planning and coordination
• Confident communicator with top-notch organisational skills
• Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online platforms (bonus points for Salesforce or Moodle experience)
• Positive, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed
