Programme Lead / Director Building Launch / Fit-Out

My well known, house hold name Client is urgently recruiting for a Programme Lead, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of new build and fit-out projects across a dynamic property portfolio. You'll be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards-while aligning with stakeholder requirements and corporate objectives.

• Lead end-to-end programme management for multiple construction and fit-out projects

• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, budgeting, and risk management

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors

• Develop and maintain programme plans, reporting progress to senior leadership

• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project managers

• Proven experience leading complex construction and fit-out projects, ideally in a variety of sectors

• Demonstrated track record in delivering new building launches

• Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
