Programme Manager - Outside IR35 - Manchester, Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio/Programme Manager to join a team on a temporary basis to help reduce the workload of a current manager. This role involves managing projects on the infrastructure side, focusing on developing a common set of data models within a new Azure platform. The successful candidate will own infrastructure and data projects, allowing there current manager to concentrate on student and CRM-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infrastructure and data projects within the Azure platform.
• Ensure successful software delivery, requiring a strong technical understanding.
• Handle challenging conversations with technical teams to drive project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on portfolio management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects and data models.
• Strong technical background in software delivery.
• Ability to assertively handle challenging conversations with technical teams.
• Minimum commitment of 2 days per week, including every Thursday, with flexibility for additional days as needed
