My client is seeking a Global Programme/Process Manager to drive a global rollout of Oracle Cloud applications across their Manufacturing and Supply Chain division and internal manufacturing sites. This is more than an implementation - it's a transformation of their global operations.

My client is seeking a Global Programme/Process Manager to drive a global rollout of Oracle Cloud applications across their Manufacturing and Supply Chain division and internal manufacturing sites. This is more than an implementation - it's a transformation of their global operations.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement robust change management processes and governance frameworks

• Own BAU support operations, including escalation routes and ticket resolution

• Lead a global team of Process Owners and System Leads, ensuring effective resourcing and performance

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Oracle, RFSmart, IT) to maintain service excellence

• Drive solution testing and upgrade processes on our SaaS platform

• Monitor system performance and introduce improvements aligned with business goals

• Support key stakeholders including the Programme Director and Manager

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud / Fusion preferred)

• Ability to navigate complex, change-driven environments

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in a compliance-driven industry

This 12 Month FTC is offering Circa £85-£90K, along with an £8K Car allowance & Bonus.

This role requires global travel.
