Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives within our drug and alcohol community treatment programme.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee delivery of the Drug & Alcohol Community Treatment Contract and its improvement plan.
  • Identify, evidence, and implement effective interventions for alcohol addiction, improving outcomes for service users.
  • Drive forward the 10-Year Drug Strategy through active leadership in the Combatting Drugs Partnership.

  Ideal Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme or project management within public health, substance misuse, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of national drug and alcohol strategies and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills.
