Programme Manager

Are you an experienced Programme Manager ready to make a significant impact in the banking industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee and deliver critical projects over a 12-month temporary contract.

Contract: 12 months
Daily Rate: €500 - €625
Working Pattern: Full Time (3 days on-site per week)

Your Role:

Lead a variety of projects utilising methodologies including application development, systems integration, and operational efficiency improvements.
Collaborate closely with Line of Business Change Management teams, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project financials, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder relationships to advocate for business needs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience in the financial sector.
Certifications: Agile Certification is a must, with Scrum Master or RTE qualifications preferred. PMP certification is a plus!
Skills: Strong project management, change management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with a knack for time management and prioritisation.
