Programme Manager - Central Gov - Outside IR35

This is a fantastic opportunity via our Page Consulting business to spearhead a large transformation programme within this central government client.

The end client is a central government organisation located in Bristol.

Description

The successful Programme Manager will be responsible for:

• Taking control of a wide-ranging, in-flight transformation programme which impacts all aspects of the end clients operations
• Quickly understanding the current opportunities, challenges and risks to the programme and communicating clearly and effectively with the wider SLT
• Driving delivery of programme objectives including, but not limited to, rollout of new IT systems interfacing with a core ERP (Dynamics 365)
• Identifying the deliverables in order to ensure successful programme delivery in the next 12-24 months

Profile

The successful Programme Manager will possess:

• Programme Manager experience within central government transformation programmes (essential)
• Previous experience on end-to-end transformation programmes with ERP delivery at the core
• Demonstrable ability to pick up an in-flight programme and start driving it towards successful delivery
• Fantastic stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, end client stakeholders and 3rd party delivery partners
• Previous experience on a SOW/consulting project would be beneficial, but not essential

Job Offer

£450 - £600 per day dependent on experience

This role will be delivered via our PageConsulting business and is outside scope of IR35
