Key responsibilities:

In this ?Progress Coach role, your responsibilities will include:

· ?? Candidates will also be responsible for supporting students who face behavioural challenges, utilising a positive behaviour management framework.

· Candidates must have previous experience working with young people in a school/youth work/college/careers/support work/social work environment, and experience of working with students whose behaviour can be described as challenging.

· This role involves meticulous record-keeping, collaboration with other student support services, and close communication with faculty staff.

· Adherence to safeguarding principles, professional integrity, and maintaining personal responsibility are crucial.

· Keeping the line of communication open between students, staff, and parents.

Skills & experience

· ???Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service.

· ?Degree In related discipline

· ?Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

· ?Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.

· ?Ability to inspire and motivate students.

· ?Strong multitasking skills.?
