Project Analyst

We are delighted to be partnering with a global investment bank in the recruitment of a highly organized and detail-oriented project analyst to support the organisations mobility function. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to organize information. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating effective communication, streamlining collaboration efforts, and providing project support to the head of mobility & immigration.The role will be responsible for the development and curation of engaging content for internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy by collaborating with the mobility & immigration team.
What you will need to succeed in this role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in communications, collaboration, and document management.
• Experience supporting senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This role will require you to work 3 days per week in the Belfast office, so candidates within Northern Ireland will be given preference, and we would not consider someone relocating for this role.
