Job Title: Project Co-ordinator - Cloud
Location: Wimbledon, London - Hybrid, 2 days p/week onsite
Day rate: £250-300 per day (Outside IR35)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initially
Standard hours: 8 hours per day – Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

Role: We are assisting a successful IT consultancy who are helping their prestigious customer with some key cloud migration projects (AWS).
As Project Co-ordinator, you will support the Project Manager’s delivery of AWS cloud migration projects. While this is not a technical position, experience or awareness of cloud migration projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in organising and coordinating meetings between users, 3rd party vendors and AWS representatives
• Gather, analyse, and report on project data using Microsoft Excel, creating dashboards and status updates
• Help plan and track application migration activities
• Assist in the management and documentation of IT infrastructure changes related to cloud adoption
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to drive project success

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of operating in a Project Co-ordination capacity
• Previous experience of cloud migration projects (AWS preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple parties and manage schedules effectively
• Friendly and approachable, thriving in a positive and collaborative work environment
• Structured and methodical in your approach to tasks
• Dedicated and hardworking, with a genuine commitment to team success
