Project Co-ordinator - Resource Co-ordinator

The successful candidate will offer project management support for a Windows 11 deployment project by creating a resource onboarding plan.

The role includes

• General administrative tasks including:
  • Taking Minutes
  • Creating reports, plan updates, configuration management.
  • Creation of project logs
  • Assisting with the onboarding activities for contractors
  • Create and maintain a resource onboarding plan to align with the migration
  • Liaise with the contractor’s Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure that the Resource onboarding Plan is kept aligned with the project plan and migration schedule.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Contractor’s resources about the vetting and security clearance.
  • Create start up meeting Records

Candidates should hold or be willing to undergo SC Clearance.

Please note this role is predominately remote with travel as required to Corsham or other uk sites.
