Project Finance Business Partner

A well-established housing association with over 50 years of experience in the sector are looking for a Project Finance Business Partner to come into their welcoming team environment.

They place the community at the heart of their business and are excited to welcome a Project Finance Business Partner to their team for an initial 12 Month period. Alongside putting their tenants and communities at the forefront of their business, they understand the need for colleague satisfaction and make sure they invest in their workforce to get the best out of them.

Responsibilities:

• Working with operational colleagues to identify improvements and support change in reporting and analysis
• Lead on change in financial reporting, using models to forecast costs based on operational supply
• Business Partnering with key stakeholders to address KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop 5 year budgeting and planning and assist in preparation of in year cash flow

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with experience Business Partnering within Housing Associations
• Knowledge of service delivery and asset management
• Ability to work in a large, dynamic finance team and liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent system's experience and ability to lead on continuous improvement
