Project Manager

Our Client
Our client is a national commercial build contractor who is looking for a freelance project manager to oversee their newbuild retail project in the Chester area, from its preconstruction through to its handover.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Maintain all H&S and RAMS on site
• Assist with preconstruction and any design changes
• Liaise with the commercial team, and ensure project variations and budgeting are recorded
• Organise subcontractors
• Liaise with the Client

You will have:

• Extensive construction management experience (Contractor side)
• Good commercial awareness and excellent organisation skills
• Good knowledge of process from civils through to handover
• Experience in D&B commercial retail projects
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS are essential
• UK-based contractor experience is essential
• Please note that project management experience from any other industry will not be considered
