Position: Project manager Location: Yorkshire Contract role Rate: £300 - £350 based on an 8 hour day

• SMSTS (Site Management safety training Scheme)
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Enhanced DBS

Background

Education refurbishment

Shift patterns: 7.30am until 5pm – Monday to Friday – 16-week project

Start : June 2025

Responsibilities

• Manage Site managers and coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
• Project progress to meet deadlines
• Attending Site on a weekly basis
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Overseeing site operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
• Delivering site meetings with all management and subcontractors
• Liaising with the client in a professional manner
