Project Manager

Are you a strategic and delivery-focused Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation in complex environments who has a background in mergers and acquisitions? Join our client, a leading financial services organisation, as they embark on a major post-acquisition integration journey.

Following a major acquisition, they are consolidating cybersecurity and information security services, processes, ways of working, reporting etc, across multiple entities to create a unified, resilient, and scalable security operating model. As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering this transformation, ensuring secure integration of services, alignment with regulatory standards, and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of service consolidation projects within the CISO portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including InfoSec, IT, Risk, and Compliance to deliver secure and efficient integration.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cybersecurity, data protection, and operational continuity.
• Ensure alignment with internal security frameworks and external regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, PRA, GDPR).

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of post-merger integration is essential
• An understanding of service transition and security operations
• Proven experience delivering complex projects ideally within cybersecurity, information security, or risk functions would be highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams.
