Project Manager - 12-Month FTC
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Hybrid - East Midlands (Monthly Onsite Meetings)

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to join a people-focused organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to lead high-impact integration and systems projects in an Agile, fast moving environment with minimal red tape.

You'll be driving key initiatives from conception through to delivery, often picking up projects mid-stream and taking ownership to see them through to completion. The role involves establishing a new Project Management Office (PMO), creating governance structures, and guiding stakeholders from tech teams to operations through change.

The Role:

• Lead the delivery of multiple integration projects, including the implementation of new SaaS systems and processes across the business.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to scope, plan, and execute projects in line with business objectives.
• Establish and embed governance frameworks within a newly formed PMO.
• Pull together senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers, and drive delivery.
• Manage change in a people-centric environment, recognising where teams may be resistant and ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and risk assessments for regular review at project board meetings.

About You:

• Proven track record delivering integration projects, ideally within M&A environments or system/process rollouts.
• Comfortable in Agile environments with minimal bureaucracy you're a self-starter who thrives on getting things done.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and engage across all levels, including change-resistant teams.
• Experience setting up governance and structure where none previously existed.
• Confident communicator who is approachable, inquisitive, and willing to ask the right questions.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12-month FTC (potential to extend)
• Location: Hybrid - monthly on-site meetings in Newark (East Midlands) plus occasional internal meetings.
• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
• Start: Urgent - applications reviewed daily.
