Project Manager (3 Year FTC)

I'm working with a well-established business in North Cambridgeshire to recruit for an technical Project Manager for a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting their upcoming ERP implementation project, ensuring the seamless integration and optimisation across the business. If you are a Project Manager who specialises in ERP projects, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful implementation of the ERP system, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
Coordinate with the ERP vendor and other external partners to manage system configuration and data migration.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the ERP implementation process.
Document processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.

About You

Proven experience in ERP system implementation, ideally with exposure to IFS.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and levels of the business.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within a tight timeframe.
