Global tech company seeking a skilled Project Manager-Transformation Delivery & Change Specialist to support cross-functional change initiatives and system implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transformation and change management projects
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, training, and UAT
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and adoption metrics
• Support delivery of scalable, compliant solutions

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in project/change management in tech-driven environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven industries
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci certification
