6 month initial contract

Hybrid working model - Birmingham - On site once a week

£450 - £525/day (Outside IR35)

This is an opportunity to work with a large scale organisation on a large scale Agile programme with a focus on the introduction and development of customer rewards/loyalty schemes on their online applications.

The role is focused on the business change side of the initiative, working with Marketing, Merchandising, data analytics teams to co-ordinate and drive delivery, adoption, readiness, product launch, roll-out and hypercare. The technical elements will be led by existing technical Project Managers.

This individual will need to be highly organised and able to manage a broad range of stakeholders.

Candidates will need the following experience to be considered for the position:

• Experienced business change Project Manager
• Have an understanding of IT
• Experience of Agile methodology (Sprints)
• Previous customer reward/loyalty scheme programme experience
• Worked previously within E-commerce, Retail or Hospitality sectors
• Business readiness, adoption experience
• Previously worked on mobile applications
• Highly organised and exceptional stakeholder engagement experience
