Project Manager - London - 9 Month Contract

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: London (2 days a week in the office)
Contract Length: 9 Months Inside IR35

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget. Your leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in navigating challenges and delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
* Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive collaboration and decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
* Foster a positive team environment, promoting motivation and accountability.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Banking or Financial Services sector.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
