Project Manager- M365, Managed Services, Hybrid, Outside IR35

A leading provider of managed services is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in the MSP space delivering M365 solutions to end customers.

The role

As a Project Manager, you will have a deep understanding of delivering projects to managed services clients, ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount while project scopes and associated budgets are fully understood and controlled.

You will act as the primary customer contact and be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, predominantly in the Microsoft Modern Work / M365 space, to exceptional standards, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications.
• Good understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply the most appropriate project controls to suit the situation.
• Strong familiarity with other industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Highly skilled in project management tools and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with cloud services and technologies, predominantly within the Microsoft Modern Work / M365 technology stack.
• Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Experience in a broad range of IT Managed Services (delivering cloud-based solutions, Networking, on-premise infrastructure, etc).

You must be happy to come into the office a couple of days each week this role sits outside IR35.
