Project Manager Risk Platform Migration - Asset Management - London

We are supporting a leading Asset Management organisation undertaking a major risk platform transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a strategic platform migration initiative.

The organisation is currently in the process of selecting a new enterprise risk platform to replace an existing environment, with a firm decommissioning timeline already in place. This role will play a key part in coordinating the final stages of platform selection before leading the migration, implementation, and decommissioning programme through to completion.

This is a high-profile change initiative requiring strong stakeholder management, structured delivery leadership, and previous experience delivering risk platform or investment technology change programmes within Asset & Investment Management or Pension environments.

1. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end project management of a large-scale risk platform migration and decommissioning programme
2. Coordinate planning, governance, delivery timelines, RAID management, and reporting across the programme lifecycle
3. Support the final stages of the risk platform selection process, including coordination of RFP close-out activities, vendor engagement, governance, and legal/workstream tracking
4. Manage delivery across business, technology, operations, risk, and external vendor teams
5. Oversee migration planning from the existing UBS Delta platform to the newly selected solution
6. Drive programme execution through implementation, testing, operational readiness, and platform decommissioning
7. Ensure effective stakeholder communication across senior business, investment, risk, and technology teams
8. Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and third-party providers

1. Required Experience Extensive Project Management experience delivering complex technology change programmes within Asset & Investment Management, Buy-side, or Pension environments
2. Proven experience delivering Risk Platform implementations, migrations, or transformation programmes
3. Strong understanding of investment risk systems and associated operating models
4. Experience working with platforms such as Aladdin, Axioma, Bloomberg, S&P Global, UBS Delta, or similar risk and analytics platforms
5. Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
6. Experience coordinating vendor selection, RFP processes, and third-party delivery partners
7. Ability to operate across both business and technology stakeholders in a complex regulated environment
