Project Officer needed in Bristol Paying £19.18 per hr ref 5271046

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • • Support Project Managers and teams in establishing, planning, and delivering projects in line with the project framework.
    • Assist the PMO Project Manager in developing and maintaining project management structures, tools, and documentation.
    • Prepare comprehensive project reports, including status updates, RAID logs, dashboards, and budget tracking across the project portfolio.
    • Manage records and ensure compliance with data and information governance requirements for all BTQ projects and programmes.
    • Maintain and update the BTQ SharePoint site to ensure accessibility and accuracy of project information.
    • Support the Governance Manager with the forward decision plan process and ensure timely inclusion of items on relevant agendas.
    • Liaise with the HR Manager to facilitate onboarding processes for new team members.
    • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
    • Uphold data security responsibilities, ensuring the safe and secure handling of data at all times.
