About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Project Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is keen to learn. The role involves supporting a range of community events and day-to-day office tasks. No two days will be the same, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain and update databases
  
  
• Book venues and organise meetings, training sessions, and events
  
  
• Assist in setting up job fairs and community events
  
  
• Contact local employers, training providers, and participants by phone or email
  
  
• Prepare materials and send out promotional emails and posters
  
  
• Distribute marketing materials in the community
  
  
• Carry out general admin duties and maintain records
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• A good standard of education and a willingness to learn
  
  
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, email, typing)
  
  
• Friendly and polite communication style
  
  
• Ability to stay organised and follow instructions
  
  
• Willingness to work in both office and community settings
  
  
• Reliable, flexible, and a team player
  
  
• Welsh language skills at Level 1 are desirable but not essential
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Must be responsible when using IT equipment
  
  
• Ability to travel locally as needed
