As a PI Propulsion Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable vehicles that meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do:

· Develop plans, scenario plan and coordinate the actions of the Release Operations & Feature Configuration teams.
· Ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and timeliness of feature sets and bills of materials to support both virtual and physical builds.
· Utilise project management skills to generate and manage project delivery plans.
· Engage in stakeholder management and negotiation to ensure priorities are met and the critical path is not compromised.
· Apply excellent problem-solving & logic reasoning skills to navigate challenges.
· Influence and develop effective solutions through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Bring:

· Proven project management skills and the ability to manage complex delivery plans.
· A comprehensive understanding of programme scope and change management skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and logic reasoning skills.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and PLM System experience.
