Job Title: Project Procurement Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Teal Park Rd, North Hykeham, Lincoln LN6 3QZ & Joseph Rushton Building, Pelham Street, Lincoln LN5 7FD (2-3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-4pm (flexible)
Payrate- £20-30 per hour - PAYE

About the Role:

Randstad Sourceright is hiring for Siemens Healthineers. You’ll be the Procurement Coordinator within the Project Management Team, involved early in projects to ensure the right suppliers and strategies are in place. Your goal is to help the project run smoothly, save costs, and maintain quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend scope drafting meetings and project release meetings - supporting sales and projects with supplier related quotes and deliveries.

• Act as key liaison between M&U and procurement teams, ensuring M&U requirements are both understood and championed

• Proactively support the areas of obsolescence and supply market issues, in relation to M&U and ways it impacts all areas of the team.

• Deal with SCM blocks with engineering/manufacturing .

• Focus related Buyer/MRPC’s attention on critical supply matters.

• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives to help deliver best practices between M&U and Procurement functions

• Act as escalation for Mods and Ups PMs where SCM issues occur

• Coach and mentor PMs on procurement matters

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years in procurement, contract or project management, or supply chain roles

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

• Knowledge of continuous improvement and project work

• Comfortable working with teams and managing changes
