You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a fully integrated schedule architecture that supports both national and international reporting requirements across the GCAP programme

The Job

• Lead the delivery of the GCAP Schedule Architecture and maintain the integrated consolidated schedule
• Oversee schedule governance processes and ensure consistency across the programme
• Deliver integrated schedule reporting to international stakeholders, including Ministries of Defence (MoDs)
• Define and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule in line with reporting calendars
• Conduct and deliver schedule risk analysis to inform high-level decision-making

Skills

• Recognised Project Management professional (e.g., APM or equivalent)
• Subject Matter Expert in scheduling and project controls
• Strong understanding and practical experience with project management and control tools
• Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of stakeholders
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
