Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to help drive the success of the Centralised Maternity Booking Hub—a vital initiative improving maternity services across North West London.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of project coordination, supporting everything from stakeholder meetings to recruitment logistics. Your work will directly contribute to the timely delivery of key milestones and help shape the future of maternity care.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
• Preparing agendas, minutes, trackers, and action logs
• Managing essential project documentation (risk registers, SOPs, EQIA/QIA reports)
• Supporting recruitment and training logistics for booking hub staff
• Maintaining project plans and updating KPI dashboards
• Acting as a key contact for stakeholder queries
• Preparing data and presentations for the Maternity Transformation Board

• Experience in NHS or healthcare project support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with project documentation and workflows

• Knowledge of maternity services or NHS booking systems
