Project Support Officer

2-3 months contract with a local authority

• Support the Programme Manager in executing programme tasks and maintaining project documentation.
  


• Monitor and update programme trackers, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
  


• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
  


• Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  


• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications related to the project.
  


• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across project documentation.
  

• Degree-level qualification.
  

• Demonstrable interest in project management (theoretical or practical).
  


• Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management.
  

• Working hours: 35 hours per week
