Project Support/Coordinator - IT Programme

Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client in the Insurance/Financial Services on the expansion of their Programme team. Our client are working on a large scale transformation programme that will see the roll-out of a modern, cloud based tool with AI capabilities to their local offices across the country.

We are seeking an experienced Project Support professional to assist the team as they move into the deployment phase. You will support the project team in the following areas:

• Sending out multiple communications to various offices in a timely and accurate manner
• Organising calendar entries for various internal and external stakeholders and assisting in the deployment schedule
• Preparing/Checking workbooks, data and documents ahead of meetings
• Ensuring tasks are on track in line with the Change Management runbook

This will suit an aspiring project professional looking to gain experience on a large scale programme or an experienced Project Coordinator/Support Analyst.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Proven experience supporting a complex project - preferably IT
• Experience MS Project
• Advanced Excel skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Any experience with Change Management processes would be highly beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend. You will be required to work on site in Stratford Upon Avon at least 1 day per week. The role has been deemed Inside IR35.
