Project/Program Manager

Location: London
Length:21/07/2025 - 20/01/2026 (6 months)
Rate: £536.96 - £596.64 PAYE
Hours: 9am-6pm
Hybrid 2 days on site

Job Description:
Leads cross functional internal teams, drives project results, manages scope creep, leads the organization through product life cycle, manage multiple projects and prioritize them.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Expert project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Project plan milestones development and ownership
  • Asana or similar project management experience
  • Complex project management experience
  • Own your programs' product definition, positioning, packaging and pricing
  • Track and report on performance, ensuring each program is delivering differentiated value against its intended objective
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvement
  • Build business rationale to inform the prioritization of your programs' roadmap
  • Build business requirements and user stories for proposed feature enhancements and work with Design Technologists and Engineers to scope, prototype, build and scale
  • Apply experimentation frameworks to program enhancements to validate their value to customers
  • Own program operations, including workflow and training documentation and coordination with account teams
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
  • Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences.
  • Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small.
  • Technically validate and thoroughly scope a variety of different customer experiences, providing in depth functional requirements and timelines, aligned with creative, technical, legal teams, testing teams, etc.
  • Project manage complex campaigns from the conceptual phase to go live, utilizing various project management methodologies to ensure success
  • Constantly develop and drive new advertising product innovations that are outside of our standard product card by engaging with customers, creative teams and management to deliver unique solutions for our strategic advertising partners
  • Manage ad hoc requests for new advertising concepts that can be delivered rapidly in a quickly and thoroughly manner
  • Manage client meetings to assess goals, objectives and requests in terms of advertising solutions to drive forward required solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit.
  • Develop overall solution plans that meet operational requirements, project manage the execution of custom advertising solutions and ensure that stakeholders have all the inputs required.
  • Present confidently to Amazon senior management, external clients, and other large audiences

Must have Skills:
  • Professional presentation skills and overall communication – able to lead high level client and stakeholder calls. Earning trust with our team and partners.
  • Top notch process and organizational skills – using our internal tools Asana, Salesforce, Slack, Excel
  • Being solution orientated to solve complex problems
