Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading property company based in Bath, in their search for a Property Administrator to join their team.

DAY TO DAY:

• To update records on the CRM system.
• Assist with phone calls and general enquiries.
• Monitor the compliance documents for new developments and send to colleagues as needed.
• Issue Customer Service Surveys where required and act on respondent comments.
• Managing incoming mail, respond and file as appropriate.
• Provide day to day administration support to the team

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Office experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of people.
• An interest in the property sector.
• Passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service.

AND FOR YOU:

• Onsite parking.
• Weekly pay.
• Potential for a permanent role after initial 6 months.
• Casual dress code.
