Property Compliance Surveyor

Housing provider in the Leicestershire area are looking for a compliance surveyor for an initial period of three months.

As a surveyor you will deliver a positive and engaged customer experience, which is compliant with statutory and regulatory bodies requirements. You will be involved in compliance and property related inspections including but not limited to:

• Planned/capital investment works
• Building health and safety compliance (knowledge of fire regulations, lifting regulations, water regulations and of gas, electrical and asbestos legislation).
• Stock condition surveys
• Energy efficiency related activity
• HHSRS/ Decent Homes work
• Risk assessments
• Post inspections e.g. Passive fire works.
• Working closely with specialist consultants
• Fire audits (working closely with fire authorities to ensure compliance)
• Involvement with new developments (fire strategy, handover etc).

Initially 3 months

Hybrid working - 1 day every 2 weeks in the offices in Leicester

£33 - £36 an hour umbrella

35 hours per week
