Job Description - Property Data Assistant

Property Data Administrator
3 Month Temporary Position (could be extended) 
Hybrid working
Salary: £50K- £60K, day rate 
Must be Available to Start Immediately
Hybrid role 

The Client
Our client is a leading, prestigieous property company based in Central London. They are currently hiring for two Property Data Assistants to join their team on a three month temporary basis, although this could be extended. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, respectful and collaborative company.

The Role
  • Ensuring that the clients lease, property, supplier and client data is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Working within a team to update records in their database in order to continue the clearing the backlog of data
  • Able to read new leases and lease amendments and transfer this onto their system as a record
  • Creating and editing supplier records onto their chosen system
  • Transfer and accurately enter information so it can have further analysis
  • Work collaboratively in the team and think of new ways to improve the data management process

The Person

We are looking for a candidate with an accounts/finance background who has worked within a Property/Real Estate company.  You must have a minimum of 1 years experience in finance or credit control and be used to working with real estate finance data.  You will have proven experience in accurately inputting data for a real estate/property team.
