Property Inspector

Property Inspector - Hybrid Woking (Home / Site) - Oxfordshire - Client Side Role - Commercial & Corporate Properties (mainly vacant) - Daily Rate c£300 CIS / Self Employed or £230 PAYE (c£60k pa pro rata)- Long Term, 6-12 months initially.

Duties for the position of Property Inspector in Oxfordshire include surveying vacant corporate and commercial properties through a fixed checklist on a weekly basis, plus additional duties as required.

Additional duties for the Property Inspector in Oxfordshire include:

• Assessing the condition of existing client owned stock.
• Experience in managing varied workstreams and surveying / inspecting vacant and tenanted commercial properties.
• Stakeholder engagement and client side experience would be advantageous.
• You will maintain records and provide reports to the Manager on progress. You will also contribute to the creation of future programmed work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will bring enthusiasm, energy and a "can do" attitude to the role. Helping to create a service that is agile and fit for purpose now and for the future.
