Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in the North East of England for an initial period of 1 month.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a preference for candidates who are available on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, comfortable with managing their own caseload with minimal supervision across the following areas:

• Lease disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Debt recovery

Hourly rate: Dependant on prior experience
