Property Maintenance

DCT Recruitment Ltd are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to assist with property maintenance across houses in the Bristol and Gloucester areas from 21st to 25th July.

You will be travelling between properties and working independently to complete approximately 6/10 jobs per day. Tasks include general repairs, unblocking drains, painting, plastering touch-ups, fixing doors and taps, as well as inspecting larger jobs to identify any additional work needed.

What you’ll need:

Your own car and a valid driving licence (essential for travelling between properties)

Your own set of tools (a full list will be provided)

Competence in plumbing, joinery, painting, and plastering

Good time management skills to ensure all jobs are completed within the week

Accommodation will be provided.
