Temp Marketing Executive - Leading Property Developer

• Office based with x1 day WFH (discretionary) between South West and West London
• Temp 3 month contract with view to go perm
• £35,000 - £40,000 (pro rata), paid weekly

Join one of London's most respected developers during a high-impact phase of growth. We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support major campaigns for luxury new homes in the heart of West London.

Working closely with an experienced team to deliver high-volume, high-quality marketing activity.

This is an immediate-start temp role with a view to going permanent for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Marketing Manager across two live developments.

• Coordinating email, website and digital campaigns.

• Managing collateral production with in-house designers & agencies

• Using platforms like Canva and Wrike to brief and manage workflow.

• Liaising with international teams to deliver standout content.

Who we're looking for:
Someone sharp, energetic and confident working at pace. You'll have:

• 6-12 months' marketing experience (property experience desirable not essential).

• A working knowledge of digital and social channels.

• Great organisation and an eye for detail.

• Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

The setup:

• Based on-site or in office with occasional WFH.

• 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri, depending on what works best for you.

• Interviews happening ASAP - one stage, in person.
