Role: Proposition Development Manager
Location: Chester / Remote
Day Rate: £600 per day Umbrella
Duration: 6 months

We're looking for a commercially driven Proposition Development Manager with experience in credit card products to lead on the development and enhancement of customer-centric propositions. You'll work across the full lifecycle, shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring propositions deliver real value to customers and commercial outcomes to the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of compelling credit card propositions.
• Act as commercial lead across high-impact projects.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.
• Optimise customer acquisition through emerging channels.
• Manage and enhance cobrand partner relationships.
• Champion fair value, consumer duty, and customer outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in credit card or unsecured lending propositions.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to influence product strategy.
• Experience managing external partnerships and working cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and customer outcome monitoring.
