As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs (SEN, behavioural, or emotional difficulties).

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom management.

• Supporting children with their social, emotional, and academic development.

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement personalised learning plans.

• Encouraging pupil participation and celebrating progress to boost self-esteem.
