  • Record and report on student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and parents/carers.

  • Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with Autism or SEN is an advantage, though full training will be given.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

  • Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.

  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when needed.

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check or already in possession of one.

Why Join Us?

  • Work within a supportive, dedicated school team passionate about inclusive education.

  • Enjoy on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
