Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and motivated psychology graduates to work in secondary schools as teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, and learning support assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain relevant experience before pursuing a career in psychology, education, mental health, or social work.

What we're looking for:
* Recent or soon-to-be psychology graduates with UK Degree
* A good UK educational background, ideally with knowledge of core subjects (Maths, English, Science)
* A genuine passion for helping young people
* Strong communication and resilience
* A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain a new one)
* References covering the last two years (academic and/or employment)
