Are you an experienced Punch Setter/Operator with a background in precision metalwork?

Have you worked with Trumpf machinery and can confidently read technical drawings?

If so, this is the Punch Setter/Operator role for you!

*** £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
*** Morning Shift
*** Dudley
*** Immediate start

We are currently seeking a Punch Setter/Operator to join a busy and growing fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC punch press machines (ideally Trumpf)
Work accurately and efficiently from technical drawings
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Carry out regular quality checks and machine adjustments
Maintain a safe and clean working environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Punch Setter/Operator
Familiarity with Trumpf punching machinery (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong timekeeping and a solid work ethic
