Your responsibilities will include:

- Experienced in working with children with SEN (school-based or personal experience considered)
- Ideally holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent - desirable but not essential)
- A clear communicator, both verbally and non-verbally
- Resilient, patient, and adaptable - no two days are the same!
- A team player who is reliable and takes initiative

In Return, You Will Receive:
- Ongoing CPD and training opportunities
- Support from a dedicated and experienced consultant
- The reward of helping pupils grow in confidence, independence, and learning
- A potential route into permanent employment or a long-term career in education
- Competitive pay (based on experience and qualifications)

If you're ready to take on a rewarding role in a truly inspiring setting - we'd love to hear from you!
