Job Description - Purchase Ledger

Premier Work Support are looking for experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for there next opportunity. You will be working alongside a dedicated team in the Basildon area.

Duties:

  • Processing of supplier invoices and reconciling statements
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
  • Supporting month-end processes and assisting with audits
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Speak to supplies to discuss payments
  • Ensuring all invoices are correct


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong accounting software and Excel skills
  • Able to communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30 Friday 7.30am - 1.45pm
