Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk (Immediate start)

Location: Leeds
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working (with free on-site parking)

Search are looking to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well known organisation finance team in Leeds on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounts payable who enjoys working in a supportive and flexible environment.

You'll be responsible for managing supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day ledger tasks.

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices
• Match, batch, and code invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
• Prepare payment runs and maintain accurate records
• Support month-end processes and reporting

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using accounting systems and Excel
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
