Purchase Ledger Clerk | Temporary | Urgent!

Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with an organisation in the charitable sector who have an urgent temporary requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team for a period of 6 - 8 weeks.

This role offers hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.

The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Working as part of the finance function, duties will involve the administration of the purchase ledger function (high volume). More specific duties will involve:

Timely processing of supplier invoices

Matching invoices to delivery notes

Statement reconciliation

Query resolution

The Person:

Applicants will have previous purchase ledger experience, will be conversant with Sage software and will have a good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Applicants will have excellent communication skills and will be happy to work in the office 2 days per week.

Applicants will be immediately available for temporary work.
