Contract: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £26,000 - 30,000

Are you ready to step into a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills in procurement can make a real impact? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our tight-knit team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

As a Procurement Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient purchase of goods, materials, and services. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain continuity of supply, while balancing cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase goods, materials, components, and services in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Support the purchasing function and liaise with other departments to resolve supply issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact between suppliers and internal teams for purchasing processes and new projects.
  • Monitor and report on risks or opportunities related to procurement.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and update internal IT systems.
  • Chase overdue purchase orders and provide timely updates to colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with a professional and consistent approach.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement systems is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
