Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Python Engineer for their Data Leakage Prevention team in Glasgow.

• Develop and maintain Python applications, APIs, and connectors
• Automate cloud and on-premises security infrastructure
• Improve development practices (IaC, test automation, CI/CD)
• Collaborate with global teams on security challenges

• Strong Python expertise (Pytest, Requests, FastAPI)
• DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, test automation)
• Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cross-platform OS knowledge (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
• Cyber security understanding
• Agile teamwork experience
• Excellent communication skills

• Data leakage prevention tools
• Infrastructure as Code frameworks
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Database knowledge
